Matt, our server, was fantastic. I drink a lot of Diet Coke and he was ALWAYS on top of it. The Reaper burger and the brussel sprouts were special. Ask Matt about how he spices his up a bit of your interested. It's so good. My wife enjoyed the mac and cheese. The whole group left satisfied.

Made my first visit to this relatively new location for this local chain. The atmosphere was fun and festive with holiday decorations. Service was prompt and friendly with our server and the manager stopping by multiple times over the course of our meal to check in. The food was very good too. I had the waygu bacon wrapped meatloaf, served on a bed of mashed potatoes. My main critique was that the gravy served with it was too salty. Also the slab of meatloaf could have been a little thicker, but the quantity of food was plenty and I definitely left feeling full. The place does not take reservations, but they do have an online waiting list for when they get busy. This was nice as it was an hour wait and I was able to do most of that at home instead of sitting in the restaurant waiting area.

My wife and I stopped into the new Brick and Bourbon Apple Valley location during their soft opening, and it was outstanding from start to finish. The service was exceptional. Our server, whose name I wish I remembered, was incredible. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and drinks. She made thoughtful suggestions, explained everything clearly, and checked in at just the right times. Throughout the night, at least ten different staff members stopped by to ask how everything was going, and each one felt genuinely invested in our experience. The food was amazing. We tried the wings, sirloin sliders with onion straws, five cheese macaroni, hashbrowns, and crispy fries. My wife had a chicken Cobb salad and said the chicken was delicious. We also ordered the specialty garlic and cheese bread with fondue dipping sauce, and it was unbelievable. Every bite was perfect. I had great conversations with the general manager, Cliff, and the bar manager, Christian, who was outstanding. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and truly cares about the guest experience. Even the chef came to our table asking for honest feedback, which says everything about the culture they’re building. The drinks were next level. I had two Smoking Gun Old Fashioneds, each served with a strip of bacon and a maple crispy waffle dipped in the drink. It was easily one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. My wife had the Fairly Fashioned and the Mac Daddy, which had maple cotton candy as the sweetener, and both were excellent. I am normally a straight bourbon or whiskey guy and they had an extensive list, but the server did such a great job of selling the cocktails that I tried one and then liked it so much that I had a second. For a soft opening, everything ran flawlessly. The team, the food, the drinks, and the attention to detail were all at a level you’d expect from a top restaurant in a major city. I truly hope this place thrives because it deserves to. Hands down, the best dining experience I’ve had in Minnesota.

Absolutely breathtakingly phenomenal. Mouthwatering menu, amazing drink ,draft ,wine list . Fantastic atmosphere Freindly curtious staff, Freindly waiters and waitresses .amazing bartenders, phenomenal chefs in the back , food was so delicious, I highly recommend this establishment. I will be going back soon

I was visiting from Idaho and was told by my family to try this new place. So glad we did! Great food and unbelievable service from not only our server Alisha but the owner Brandon. They made our experience that much better. I highly recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be going back the next time I am in town. BTW the Smoking Barrel Maple Old Fashion is a must!

Everything was phenomenal! The food was fantastic, including the Brisket Mac & Cheese, The Three Wiseman Burger, and the Parmesan garlic fries, all of which were packed full of flavor! Nate was also very friendly and knowledgeable and was happy to provide his recommendations! His service was also quick and he stayed on top of everything! Would highly recommended dining here, as we will be back again!

We went to Brick & Bourbon in Apple Valley for my birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere and vibes were great, and the staff was so friendly and attentive from start to finish. And the food… wow. The garlic parmesan fries were fresh, crispy, and came with the most delicious garlic aioli. I ordered the Short Rib Mac & Cheese and it was incredible—super flavorful, and the drizzle of BBQ plus the crispy onion strings and jalapeños took it to another level. They do mac & cheese very well here. My husband got the Italian Stallion sandwich and it was packed with flavor (definitely a fork-and-knife situation in the best way). We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying more of their menu! Highly recommend.

This was my first visit here, and it was wonderful! My server, Anthony, was knowledgeable and attentive without being overbearing, and the suggestions he had for me were spot on! I started with the Firecracker Shrimp app, and it was so appealing that I never bothered with a pic; I wanted to lick the bowl when I was done! Followed that with a Bourbon Burger that was simply smashing; the melted gouda and candied bacon are already calling me back. Looking forward to many more meals here!
